"Really quick delivery"
Ordered a dining table from furniturebox.co.uk and didn’t expect it to arrive so fast. I got the delivery updates, it turned up exactly when they said it would, and there was no unnecessary hassle with it all. Packaging was fine, the driver was friendly enough, and I don’t think I’ve ever had furniture arrive this quickly before. Really happy with the whole thing.

"Good selection, but communication could be clearer"
I was surprised by how much they had to choose from. I ended up finding a dining set and chairs that actually matched, which was a nice win. Browsing was easy too, but I did get a bit annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear and I had to figure a few things out myself.

Overall, I’m happy with how it looks. It has a nice style and fits the space well. Putting it together wasn’t too bad, though a few parts feel a little less sturdy than I expected. I think it’s totally fine for light everyday use, but I’d be gentle if you need to move it around. Not perfect, but decent for what it is.

It arrived in good shape and wasn’t too bad to assemble. It did take me a little longer than I thought it would, but the instructions were clear enough to get through without much frustration. Now that it’s up, it actually looks good. I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but so far I’m fairly happy with it...

I did have to chase them once, because apparently the refund wasn’t going to hurry itself along, but to be fair they processed it without any drama once the return arrived. It took a few days, which wasn’t exactly thrilling, but I suppose it was reasonable enough in the end.

Straight away, I had a good feeling because they replied quickly and came across genuinely friendly, not like you’re being brushed off or left wondering. They sorted everything without turning it into a big drama and kept me updated along the way. The furniture arrived fine in the end, and I’m really happy with it. Based on this experience, I’d definitely use them again.
